Gary Broussard has always had a passion for doing what is good and right. He sees problems and rises to challenges. His focus is simple: helping nonprofit and philanthropic organizations imagine, develop and implement effective solutions—those "ideas that work."
This passion has been the drive behind his career in the nonprofit/education sector. Gary has held leadership roles ranging from department head to directorships to the executive level. From 2004 through 2007, he served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at St. Gregory's University. Through these experiences, he learned countless lessons about how to work effectively with others, about how to build and run a successful organization, and—maybe most importantly—about how important it is to follow one's passion.
